The Real Estate Rundown

Buying a home in Seville

These are the details I walk through with every client before we write an offer here.

  • Club vs. HOA. Confirm which amenities your HOA dues cover and which require a club membership, plus the cost of each tier.
  • Golf-course lots. Views and open space are a plus. Also look at privacy, cart-path activity, and stray balls before deciding.
  • Gated or not. Some Seville enclaves are gated. Compare dues and access between sections.
  • Confirm school assignments. School districts vary across south Gilbert, so check directly for any address.
