Gilbert Neighborhood Guide

Living in Agritopia

Agritopia is Gilbert's farm neighborhood. The homes are built around a working urban farm, with front porches, tree-lined streets, and Joe's Farm Grill a short walk away.

It's a small community with a big following, so homes here don't come up often. Here's what to know about living in Agritopia.

The Real Estate Rundown

Buying a home in Agritopia

These are the details I walk through with every client before we write an offer here.

  • Move quickly, but carefully. With about 450 homes, listings here are limited. Get pre-approved and know your must-haves ahead of time.
  • Lot size and layout. Many homes sit on smaller lots with front porches close to the street. Make sure the setup fits how you live.
  • Location inside the community. Homes near Epicenter and the restaurants are steps from the action. Visit at different times of day.
  • HOA design standards. Agritopia has specific architectural guidelines. Review them before planning any changes.
