- Check the address. Some homes have Chandler addresses. Confirm the city, services, and taxes for any home you like.
- Compare HOA dues. Dues vary a lot between sections. Add up master and sub-association fees.
- Location inside the community. Backing to a lake, trail, or ballfield changes how a home lives. Visit at different times.
- Builder and age. Homes from different builders and phases can vary in layout and finish. Compare recent sales from the same section.
