- Confirm school assignments. District lines vary in this part of Gilbert, so check directly with the district for any address.
- Review HOA costs. Look at master and sub-association dues and what each one covers.
- Compare by condition. Homes from the same year can vary a lot based on updates, so recent sales on the same street matter most.
