The Real Estate Rundown

Buying a home in Power Ranch

These are the details I walk through with every client before we write an offer here.

  • Know the HOA rules. Power Ranch has an active association with clear standards for landscaping and exterior changes. Read the CC&Rs before planning projects.
  • Check the age of the systems. Many homes date to the early 2000s, so roof, AC, and water heater age matter as much as finishes.
  • Location inside the community. Backing to a trail or greenbelt, distance to the clubhouses, and street traffic all change how a home lives.
  • Compare total cost. Factor in HOA dues, any sub-association fees, taxes, and insurance alongside the price.
